The next milestone for Siemensstadt Square: the building permit has been granted!
The first phase, including a 60-meter office building and a 20-meter atrium, can now begin.
On the 76-hectare industrial site in Berlin-Spandau, a city of short distances is being created with industrial and office buildings as well as areas for research, culture, retail and housing.
